Mc.Hugh says he feels there needs to be a reform of the price structure too, but all the stakeholders will not agree on a solution. FELONY DWI IN POTSDAM--Village Police pulled over 43-year-old David Prevost of Syracuse early this morning after they spotted a vehicle straddling the center line. Prevost was found to have an alleged BAC of .15% with a previous conviction within 10 years. He was arraigned and released to probation until future court dates. BIG BUCKS FOR MADRID WATER TREATMENT PLANT--Over 2.6 million dollars in federal stimulus money is headed for the town to refurbish the wastewater plant.
