PARISHVILLE MAN ARRESTED ON MORE FELONY COUNTS FOR ALLEGED CAR DAMAGE SPREE--21-year-old Michael Russell was arrested by Potsdam Village Police on further counts of felony criminal mischief in the second and third degrees, and vehicle and traffic counts for allegedly ramming other vehicles with his own in the Main Street parking lot March 13th. He was brought from the St. Lawrence County Jail for arraignment on the new charges and recommitted. Russell was arrested previously in connection with damage at Parishville-Hopkinton Central School, a DWI in Parishville, and other vehicle damage in Potsdam...all occurring the same night.

MALONE MAN ARRESTED ON POTSDAM FELONY WARRANT--28-year-old Phillip Perry was picked up in Malone Thursday by Malone Police on a Potsdam Village Court warrant for grand larceny, burglary, and conspiracy..all three counts felonies. No further details available at this time. Perry was arraigned and jailed on 10-thousand dollars cash bail or 20-thousand dollars bail bond.
