RUSSELL:LEGISLATORS UNABLE TO COUNTER MILK PRICE DROP--Assemblywoman Addie Russell, who represents St. Lawrence County says milk pricing is a federal issue, and legislators are pushing Washington for a solution.

MASSACHUSETTS SEX CRIME WARRANTS SERVED ON DEKALB MAN--Sheriff's Detectives say 51-year-old Frederick Lang was found to be wanted on a fugitive warrant for counts of assault and battery on a child, and forcible rape of a child. Lang was arraigned Sunday and jailed without bail pending extradition.

NO BAIL FOR MASSENA MAN CHARGED WITH DOMESTIC INCIDENTS--Village Police arrested 31-year-old Dale Ward of Route 420 yesterday on felony counts alleging he violated protection orders to stay away from an ex-girlfriend. Ward was charged with felony contempt, felony burglary, and misdemeanor criminal mischief. One of the incidents in question allegedly occurred Christmas Day, 2008.

FELONY DWI FOR BRASHER MAN ON ATV--State Police in Massena arrested 23-year-old Richard Rafter of Smith Road Monday on numerous counts, including Felony DWI, resisting arrest, and many other charges. Rafter was arraigned and jailed on 2500 dollars cash bail or 5-thousand dollars bail bond.
