OBAMA CARD PLAYED AT POTSDAM VILLAGE PLANNING BOARD MEETING-A member of the public speaking at the meeting last week, Richard Brummell told the Planning Board there should be a referendum on proposed hospital zoning. He said with the "first black President and the shake-up of how we do things in this country," there should be a public vote on the changes, if possible. Brummell accused involved parties of timing the proposal to curb public input.
