NOR'EASTER TO PASS BY ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY--National Weather Service Meteorologist Jason Neilson in the Burlington, Vermont bureau that serves the county says the major storm moving up the coast will have its end just far enough away from the New England bay area that the moisture, and therefore a massive snow dumping will avoid most of the North Country.  2-4 inches at most is expected, however the track of the storm could change at any time.
